Norwegian Singles generates interval workouts calibrated to your current fitness. Enter a recent race result, and the app calculates your VDOT using Jack Daniels' formula to determine precise sub-threshold training paces.

The Norwegian Singles Method adapts the elite Norwegian double-threshold model into three structured session types, each targeting the sub-threshold lactate zone (2.5–3.5 mmol/L) for maximum aerobic development with manageable recovery.
